Ready to make an impact?

INTRO CALL

An introductory call with a recruiter or hiring manager to learn more about what you're looking for in your next role, discuss our position, and see if there's a strong fit. This is a great time for you to learn more about our team, the company, and our culture.

ONSITE INTERVIEW

You will meet with 3-5 members of the team you would potentially be joining. We'll focus on having in-depth conversations about your technical or non-technical experience, depending on the role. We'll ensure you have a clear understanding of what to expect during these interviews so that you're fully prepared.

MEET THE FOUNDER

You will meet with our Founder, Jon Morehouse, giving you a chance to learn more about the role and the impact you'll make on the team. This also gives us an opportunity to make a final evaluation of your fit with the team.

NEXT STEPS

After completing all interview stages, we'll promptly review your candidacy and follow up with next steps regarding our decision.

This style is not for everyone, but we have found it the best way to build progress. we are a very hard working team, and while long nights and weekends are not mandated, we often find ourselves up late, or hacking on weekends.
